Cookie Guide
Cookie Guide
A short note on the two cookies this website uses, and why neither one identifies a visitor.
The Short Version
What’s Allowed
Only two cookies are set by this website, and neither one is used to track a visitor beyond this site.
No cookie set here collects a name, a phone number or any booking detail entered elsewhere on the website.
A visitor may clear either cookie at any time through their browser’s own settings, without affecting the rest of the site.
The Two Cookies
What Each One Remembers
The first cookie, age18au46, remembers that a visitor has confirmed they’re over 18, so the age check doesn’t reappear on every page.
The second, ckau46, remembers that the cookie notice has been seen and closed, and nothing more than that.
Cookie Questions
A Couple More Questions
- Are these cookies required to use the website?
- The age cookie is required to move past the first page; the cookie notice itself can be closed without accepting anything further.
- Does either cookie follow me to other websites?
- No — both are set only for this website and aren’t shared with or read by any other site.
